Zalio's defined first customer offer is CRM and Member Retention for independent gyms. The connected product is web-first and intended to work beside existing gym management tools. Its current repository documents remaining launch controls for external subscribers.
That is why the portfolio labels Zalio founding access / private demo and uses a fictional interactive tour. The demo shows the workflow without connecting to customer data or suggesting unrestricted public access.
The operating background is drawn from Zalio's published founder account. Product scope and launch status are checked against the private Zalio repository. We have not added customer counts, revenue recovery or conversion metrics to this case study.
